What types of stamps are there?
Stamps are the traditional form of marking. They can be used on products as well as packaging. Stamps and matching inks are available for virtually all surfaces, such as plastic, glass, metal, wood, paper, and cardboard. There are suitable stamp variants for every application and industry.
wooden knob stamp
The wooden knob stamp offers a quick option for marking wood, cardboard, or plastic, for example. BERASIT® stamp products made of high-quality rubber are particularly distinguished by their lettering depth. This makes them highly elastic and therefore suitable for even the roughest surfaces. They are heat-resistant up to 130°C and impervious to moisture, acids, oil, and gasoline. The stamps can be produced in any desired size, with single or multiple lines of text and logos based on templates, and with a device for variable text.
weighing stamp
Weighing stamps have a curved stamping surface. This allows for optimal inking with the ink pad and a clean roll across the product. They are therefore particularly suitable for larger motifs. The stamps can be produced in any desired size, with single or multiple lines of text and logos based on templates, and with a device for variable text.
valley molding stamp
The only difference between this stamp and the previous stamps is the handle. It enables even stamping through optimal force distribution. The fillet stamp is available as a cradle stamp or a flat version.
Telos Stamp
Telos stamps are versatile thanks to their interchangeable stamp types (rubber plate) and are particularly suitable for changing texts, motifs, and logos. The base plate of the stamp and the back of the cliché feature a ribbed profile that precisely interlocks. This allows individual rubber types to be combined to create text, batch numbers, dates, expiration dates, etc. Fixed block types such as logos and complete texts can also be produced. The stamps are also available in cradle form.
Branding iron
Branding irons are a proven and durable method of permanent marking. They are specifically designed for marking wood, wooden boxes, pallets, cardboard, leather, and other materials that react with heat. The high-performance 800-watt cartridges are suitable for particularly high heat and intensive use. The stamps can be produced in any desired size, with single or multiple lines of text and logos based on templates, and with a device for variable text.
Telos roller stamp
Roller stamps feature an integrated ink roller, allowing for even inking and marking with a simple roll. Roller stamps are manufactured with fixed texts or logos based on templates, and can also be combined with a changeable system for variable text, such as dates or DIN numbers.
The stamps are available in two versions:
- With rewind: The text is stamped only once. Afterward, you'll feel resistance, indicating the full rotation. When you lift the roller stamp, the pressure roller automatically returns to its original position, allowing you to stamp again from the same starting position.
- Non-return: This roller stamp operates in continuous printing. When lifted, the print roller does not retract.
clamp holder
Clamp holders are used in conjunction with solid rubber type and are particularly suitable for very large fonts. Solid rubber type is available in letters, numbers, and special characters. The text is interchangeable. Typical applications include marking concrete, stone, wood, cardboard, bags, plastic, and metal drums. The clamp holder is made of lightweight metal with a strong spring and handle for single-line marking in lengths of 25 cm, 37 cm, 45 cm, and 60 cm. The wooden version is available for 1 to 4 lines in lengths of 25 cm, 37 cm, 45 cm, and 60 cm.
Ribbon stamps and replacement ribbons
Band stamps are used for variable marking, allowing for the quick and easy application of changing text and/or numbers. This includes, for example, shift codes, part, batch, and commission numbers, or a simple date. The letters, numbers, or characters can be easily and quickly adjusted by turning the plastic dials. Font sizes range from 3-50 mm in various number and/or letter combinations. The industrial-grade stamps are resistant to acids, oil, gasoline, moisture, and heat. In addition to standard date/number band stamps, custom designs are also possible.
